For last 6 years Karl working with Czapla-Solar S.A., online fashion store ZARA.com, Just Smart Stores GmbH as Marketing, Sales, business development manager, shareholder, and partner. Also, he was consulting IT companies from east Europe which wanted to grow on foreign markets in West Europe. His main tasks were to develop a sales strategy and he was responsible for lead generation.
